A native of Sacramento, California, Tuua starred at Destiny Christian Academy, where she established herself as an elite pitcher and power hitter. Known for competitiveness, athleticism, and the ability to impact the game in multiple ways, she consistently stood out both in the circle and at the plate throughout her prep career.
Tuua enters Baton Rouge as one of the most highly regarded players in LSU’s nationally ranked 2026 recruiting class, with the potential to make an immediate impact for the Tigers.
She was named 2026 California Gatorade Player of the Year and Ms. Softball California while leading Destiny Christian to a 31–0 record, a CIF NorCal Division I championship, and State Team of the Year honors. A four-star recruit, she is ranked as the No. 9 pitcher in the 2026 class by Softball America/Rivals and is a two-time PGF All-American.
